Dear ASCM Family,
As we begin this new academic year, I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. With deep gratitude for God’s sustaining grace and with great expectation for what lies ahead, I firmly believe that 2025 is the year in which the Lord is raising a New Wave among us.
This is more than just our theme—it is a divine call for us to move beyond our limits, to trust Him more deeply, and to step boldly into uncharted waters of faith, service, and mission. A wave never comes just once. When one wave recedes, it strengthens the next—stronger, wider, and more powerful. So it is with ASCM’s journey. On the firm foundation of God’s grace and the faithful work of those who came before us, a new wave is now approaching, ready to carry us into a greater season of ministry and revival.
This wave is a wave of change, a wave of renewal, and a wave of revival. Its course and its force are determined by God Himself, and we are called to rise upon it in faith. If we remain steadfast and united, this wave will take us farther, deeper, and higher than we have ever gone before. Therefore, as we enter this new academic year, I call on our entire ASCM family to join me in this declaration:
• We will face God’s new wave without fear, trusting His power and His promises.
• We will stand on this wave in obedience, following the leading of the Holy Spirit.
• We will ride this wave together, fulfilling our mission to proclaim the Gospel to the nations and the next generation.
ASCM, rise up!
The new wave is here!
The Lord Himself has stirred these waters— and we will not remain on the shores of yesterday. By His grace, we will advance together toward the ocean of God’s future for us.
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19)
